Our managing partner have founded Amosh Legal Services & Arbitration back in 2000 and has been a member of the Jordan Bar Association since 1994 with over 25 years of rich legal experience. In 2009, a Royal Decree was issued appointing him as Minister of Labour, to then be appointed as Minister of State for Legal Affairs in 2010 and Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs. In 2011, a Royal Decree was issued appointing him as Minister of Justice, the period of which the country witnessed significant constitutional amendments by Royal Directives, gaining him great experience in the public sector, state administration and legislative knowledge. 

During the 25 years of legal experience, Dr. Amosh overlooked and managed a great number of complex commercial and corporate transactions in Jordan. Dr. Amosh has been dedicated to provide the best professional representation to our clients who come from diverse backgrounds. He is also a professionally experienced litigator before all courts, whose practice focuses on civil, commercial and administrative law.

Our of counsel Abdullah Hosban, was first admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2001, following extensive experience in public administration, governance, and a long military service, retiring as a Major General from the Jordanian Armed Forces. Abdullah practiced litigation in all levels of courts in the country, mainly engaging in civil and administrative cases. He temporarily assumed responsibility of managing our law firm during 2009 and 2011, when Dr. Amosh assumed different ministerial positions during that period.

In 2005, Ayoub joined our firm and is now a senior associate who mainly handles cases before the courts. Throughout his 15 years of legal experience, Ayoub has engaged in a great number of civil, commercial, criminal, administrative and labour cases. He appeared before all levels of courts, gaining substantial experience in the way courts’ system works in the country. Ayoub also represented individual and corporate clients in various types of disputes, giving professional advice in various fields and acting on behalf and against public entities.

Mohammed joined our firm as an associate in 2016, who is mainly experienced in representing our clients in enforcement cases, such as those related to pledge deeds. He also specializes in different corporate fields, such as the incorporation of companies and following up with matters ancillary thereto. Mohammed further gained substantial experience in labour disputes, representing the firm’s corporate and individual clients before all levels of courts.
